Pratt Memorial School is one of the most revered institutions for girls in Kolkata. Established in 1876, the school is known for its quality education and for the development of children's personalities. While they have a resounding reputation among the educational community of Kolkata, they wanted to create an impact online. They wanted us to redevelop their old site and add features that would provide easy access for both students and their parents.
With an aim of educating the girl child, Pratt Memorial had a rich tradition and identity for 150 years. To address the modern age requirements of the students and teachers, they wanted to redesign their existing website. Along with the usual features and an interactive design, the school wanted a payment gateway to facilitate online fee payment. The website will also reflect the campus culture and details of vital school facilities such as laboratories and libraries.
The client’s primary objective was to create a stable, functional website using WordPress on a CMS platform. They had an existing website, but it was slow and filled with technical glitches. We were responsible for updating the site’s visual and textual content and establishing a smooth, accessible payment gateway.
